They were walking with a portable GPS receiver, trying to find some official meeting place. I am not sure if they found their final destination (they were shouting on their receiver :)), but this GPS receiver looks like the new holy grail: - it is a guide in the language of the owner, and no questions are needed anymore - the map can be filled with layers of relevant information: streets, public transport, tourist guide information,...
